In recent days, our team has been expanded by a new colleague Mgr. Klára Radinová. From 3 November, she will become a HR officer for the Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies.

On 2 and 3 September, we welcomed colleagues from Czech universities and scientific institutions who are in various stages of implementing the HRS4R strategy at MENDELU.

The Human Resources Management Office, in cooperation with Centre of Leisure Time Lužánky, organized the second year of the summer day camp. Based on the great response to last year's pilot year, the camp was held in two sessions this year.

MENDELU is organizing a Convention of Institutions Implementing HRS4R on 2 and 3 September 2021 (Thursday afternoon, Friday morning).

During August and September 2021, an audit of equal opportunities will take place. It will be carried out by the Gender Information Center NORA, o.p.s (www.gendernora.cz) at the request of MENDELU. The results of the audit will serve as a basis for the MENDELU Gender Equality Plan, which has been a mandatory part of Horizon Europe since 2022.
