Career Development of Academic and Research Staff

The Institute of Lifelong Learning has newly created the concept of education and development of academic and research staff. The offer of development activities for academic and research professions goes hand in hand with this concept.
During the year 2022, academic researchers can use a wide range of made to measure training seminars and individual coaching for their self-development.
Managerial academic staff have the opportunity to develop their managerial skills. In addition, they can take advantage of individual counseling.
Educational seminars in the field of didactics are offered to the university´s teachers. They can also improve their teaching methods, get feedback on their teaching style and benefit from educational consultations.
The first seminars (in Czech language) start in January.
