The Human Resources Management Guidelines is Effective

In January, the Rector's Human Resources Management Guidelines came into force. The guidelines regulates the principles and conditions of management and career development of university´s employees.
The Guidelines replaces the Career Rules of 2012. Managers at all levels have a new obligation, for example, to create, implement and evaluate workplace development plans in accordance with the MENDELU Human Resources Management Plan or to regularly provide subordinates with feedback on their work performance and create personal plans.
Both Human Resources Management Office and Institute of Lifelong Learning offer support to managers in this field. Evaluation and feedback workshops will take place at MENDELU on 20 and 27 January.
