We Shared Best Practice with Czech Institutions

On 2 and 3 September, we welcomed colleagues from Czech universities and scientific institutions who are in various stages of implementing the HRS4R strategy at MENDELU.
The two-day gathering was an opportunity to meet in person after a long time and share experiences and best practice in the field of HR. The meeting was opened by the Vice-Rector for Quality Management and Human Resources, doc. Ing. Mgr. Jitka Janová Ph.D., who in her presentation summarized and presented the implementation process at MENDELU.
The program was divided into 4 thematic blocks, which ended with stimulating discussions. Within each block, 3 speakers presented. Speakers were not only representatives of Czech institutions, but also the business sphere.
