The New Employment Code

The new Employment Code is already in force.
On November 5th, 2020, Directive No. 4/2020 the Employment Code, which regulates the rights and obligations of both employees and employer, came into force. The aim of the new Employment Code is to clarify and unify working conditions at the university, and thus contribute to a more pleasant and fair working environment.
It is the duty of all employees to become acquainted with this directive and to comply with the provisions.
The new Employment Code is currently available only in Czech and will be translated very soon.
