New organisational structure of the HRMO

As of 1 September 2023, the Human Resources Management Office operates in a modified organisational structure. This change is primarily aimed at ensuring a unified methodology of the Personnel Office, greater operability, effective distribution of know-how and simplification of the Department's structure.
The Personnel Office was transformed into the Personnel Department, of which Jana Zouharová became the head. The Welcome Office was abolished and the agenda of employment of foreigners was transferred to the Personnel Department. The same applies to the work-family reconciliation agenda. Bc. Karolína Doncová is responsible for both of these areas.
The HR Development and Benefits Department has been renamed the HR Development Department. The agenda of the abolished Recruitment Department has been included in it. Recruitment is currently the responsibility of Ing. Tereza Ondráčková.
