Personal Plans Workshop

The Human Resources Management Guidelines stipulates the obligation of managers to set personal plans for subordinates and to evaluate them resp. provide them with feedback on their work performance and behavior. We offer to managers a workshop so that they can start this activity without any worries.
Its aim is to train the managers to set personal plans in the context of the guidelines, they can also learn and try conducting a motivational-evaluation interview, providing feedback and managing difficult situations during an interview with a subordinate. Attention will also be paid to ways of responding to criticism.
The managers can choose and register for one of 4 dates:
- Thursday 20. 1. 8:30 - 12:30
- Thursday 20. 1. 13:00 - 17:00
- Thursday 27. 1. 8:30 - 12:30
- Thursday 27. 1. 13:00 - 17:00
The lecturer is Mgr. David Kryštof, Ph.D. The workshops are attendance and will take place in the room E 22.
We will organize a seminar for the Faculty of Horticulture in February in Lednice.
