Results of the HR Award 2020 Questionnaire Survey

A questionnaire survey was conducted at the university during August and September. The aim was to find out how employees perceive the changes that have taken place at MENDELU over the last two years in connection with the HR Award.
The aim of the survey was not only to obtain feedback but also suggestions for a revised action plan for the next three-year period. The online questionnaire was completed by 441 employees. We thank to all the colleagues who devoted their time to the survey.
We will work on the initiatives received in order to move even closer to the European standards expressed in the Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers and to ensure the most pleasant working environment for all staff.
