On 22 and 23 October 2026, MENDELU MIND FEST 2026 will take place at the Institue of Lifelong Learning as part of the nationwide Weeks for Mental Health campaign. This year's theme, “What Gives Life Meaning?”, will explore what provides people with energy, support and a sense of direction in life.
Visitors can look forward to two days of inspiring lectures, workshops and experiential activities that combine scientific knowledge, professional expertise and personal stories. The programme will cover topics related to mental health, stress management, relationships, authenticity, the digital world and the impact of nutrition on brain function.
Speakers will include psychologist and therapist Olga Vlachynská, psychotherapist Barbora Šustíková, nutrition expert Assoc. Prof. Milena Matejovičová, and journalist and university lecturer Miloš Čermák. The festival will be hosted by actor, presenter and healthcare clown Filip Teller.
The festival is open to students, staff members and the general public. It will offer an opportunity not only to gain new insights, but also to pause, reflect and share experiences with others.
