Development activities and seminars for MENDELU employees

This year, the Institute of Lifelong Learning also prepared educational seminars and individual coaching for MENDELU employees.
During 2023, all employees can take advantage of a wide range of training seminars for their self-development (in Czech). In addition, they can try individual coaching by a professional certified coach (in Czech or English language).
Managers and employees have the opportunity to develop their managerial skills and deepen their leadership abilities and benefit from mentoring (in English).
Teachers are offered training seminars in didactics (in Czech). They can also improve their teaching methods, get feedback on their teaching style and benefit from educational consultation (in Czech or English language).
