We invite you, who are regularly and occasionally involved in the selection of new employees as members of selection committees, to a workshop.
At the workshop you will learn how to increase the professionalism and effectiveness of selection interviews. You will learn how to prepare well, ask and answer questions correctly, evaluate answers and compare candidates with each other. Topics will include the difference in conducting interviews with internal and external candidates. Ida Petkova will guide you through the workshop.
