Orientation Programme for New Employees

For newly arrived colleagues, an orientation programme has been prepared to help them become familiar with the basic functioning of MENDELU, introduce them to key departments and people, explain important processes and tools, and support their quick and smooth integration into the working environment.

Participants in the programme will gain an overview of:

  • the organisation and operation of the university,
  • HR administration and available support services,
  • the university information system and principles of cybersecurity,
  • M365 tools and the Verso system,
  • obligations related to GDPR and records management.

The programme will take place regularly at the beginning of each month and will be conducted in Czech. Invitations will be sent to all employees starting during that period at the faculties, the Institute of Lifelong Learning, and rectorate and university facilities.

International employees will receive individual orientation support through the Welcome Office.
