Training: Effective Employee Selection – Interview Techniques

We invite all colleagues who regularly or occasionally take part in the selection of new employees to a professional training session, “Effective Employee Selection – Interview Techniques”.

Participants can look forward to a practical workshop focused on developing the skills needed to conduct professional, structured and respectful job interviews. The programme will cover interview preparation, formulating meaningful questions, evaluating responses and organising the overall structure of the interview. The training will be led by experienced HR manager and consultant PhDr. Zdeňka Brázdová.

Please note that the training will be conducted in Czech.
