We consulted HRS4R at the University of Montpellier

At the beginning of March, we visited the University of Montpellier to discuss topics related to the implementation of the HRS4R strategy.
We were welcomed at the university by Nathalie Modjeska, HRS4R expert. The main topics of our meetings were the implementation of HRS4R in the internal university strategy and the preparation for the renewal of the HR Excellence in Reasearch Award, a prestigious award given by the European Commission for excellence in the care of human resources in a scientific environment.
MENDELU was awarded in 2018. In late 2020, the university underwent an interim assessment and in late 2023 and early 2024 a team of European experts will visit us to evaluate the implementation of HRS4R on-site.
