What to do if you lose your Edenred card

In the case you lose your Edenred card, you can apply for a new one via your personal account on the Edendred portal.
If you lose your Edenred meal voucher card, please proceed as follows:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the "Apply for a new card due to loss/destruction" link.
3. The card administrator at MENDELU will contact you and send you a backup invoice.
4. Pay the administration fee of 242,- CZK in cash at the MENDELU cash desk.
5. Edenred will produce a new card for you. This will be delivered to the administrator, from whom you will pick it up.
The whole process can take approximately 10 - 14 working days.
In your personal account, you can also block the card, monitor your transaction history or change your personal details (phone, email), among other things. You will also find your PIN code there.
