The Action Plan is a strategic management tool that contains individual MENDELU actions, the implementation of which will lead to the fulfillment of the objectives of the Human Resources Management Strategy based on the principles enshrined in the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (HRS4R).
MENDELU has been implementing HRS4R since 2018 in three-year intervals. Each of them is followed by an internal evaluation and after 6 years the renewal of the HR Award certificate. A priority part of the strategy is the area of recruitment and selection of employees, which is to be set according to the principles of Open, transparent and merit-based policy.
