Job satisfaction survey at MENDELU

All MENDELU employees have the opportunity to express their satisfaction with their work at MENDELU through an anonymous survey. The questionnaire can be filled in and submitted until 15 November at the latest.
The aim of the questionnaire survey is to find out the satisfaction of the employees and to verify the extent to which our university is in line with the European Charter for Researchers. We joined the Charter in October 2017 and have committed to implementing measures to fulfil its principles and tenets.
The findings from this survey will serve as one of the key inputs for the development of MENDELU's HR management strategy for the period 2024 - 2026 as well as for the HR Excellence in Research Award renewal. We hope that your responses, opinions and insights will help us to improve not only our strategic plans, but ultimately the day-to-day working experience for all of us.
