Workshop: My Boundaries

5. 11. 2024

Are you interested in questions of personal boundaries and building self-confidence? Do you want to know how to speak up in uncomfortable situations on the street, at school, work, or within your family, and how to defend not only yourself but also others? Come to the 'My Boundaries' workshop and find out.

During this 90-minute workshop, you will learn how to set and defend your personal boundaries, stand up for yourself, and use your voice effectively. The workshop will also touch on the topic of sexualized violence.

You'll receive a free copy of the book Modern Self-Defense by Jasmína and Pavel Houdek, instructors and founders of Modern Self-Defense.

This workshop, funded by the Avon Foundation, is part of a series of seminars under the UN's initiative as part of the international campaign 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence. The workshop will take place at selected universities, and we’re pleased that MENDELU is one of them.
