Employee satisfaction survey 2023

The MENDELU Employee Satisfaction Survey was carried out for the third time in connection with an important milestone in the field of HR management, which is the move to the next phase of implementation of the "HR Strategy for Researchers", together with the HR Excellence in Research Award renewal.

MENDELUThe main objective was to understand the needs, preferences and attitudes of employees in relation to work environment, working conditions, leadership, communication, development and other aspects of working life. We also sought to verify the extent to which our university is aligned with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers, which we joined in October 2017. In particular, we included in the survey the topics that resonate most at the University at the moment.

The survey was conducted anonymously through a questionnaire created in MS Forms. A link to this questionnaire was available to all employees in two languages (Czech and English).

The questionnaire consisted of 31 questions, 3 of which were used to build a profile of the respondent. The questions were closed, semi-open and open-ended. The respondent was asked about the position held at MENDELU, the unit where he/she works and the respondent's gender.
