Occupational health procedures

The Occupational Health Procedures (OHP) provides information on the processes involved in ensuring the fitness for work of employees. It summarises the key procedures and requirements arising from legislation, MENDELU's employment regulations and internal rules. It describes the organisation of initial, periodic, emergency, exit and follow-up examinations, including their documentation, and the basic elements of communication between the HR Department of the HRMO, heads of departments and other responsible persons.

The aim is to ensure that obligations are met to provide a safe working environment and protect the health of employees with regard to their job classification, risks and legislative requirements. If you have any questions, please contact Bc. Karolína Doncová.
